Delivers excellent coverage, ensuring a uniform surface while minimizing paint absorption, resulting in enhanced durability and a professional finish.
- Ensure that the surface is clean and free from dampness, dirt and other contamination.
- Sand the surface using #180 sandpaper and clean thoroughly. Ensure that no loose particles are sticking to the wall.
- For areas severely affected by algae and fungi, ensure that the surface is completely cleaned before initiating the painting process.
- Freshly plastered surfaces must be allowed to cure completely. The coating process can be started after a minimum period of 30 days.
- Apply 1-2 coats of SELLO 2-in-1 Wall Primer with an interval of 3-4 hrs between subsequent coats.
- Scuffing of the second coat of SELLO 2-in-1 Wall Primer with Emery No. 320.
- Apply 2 coats of Campus/Campus Shine/Visa/Visa Shine shades as per recommendation.

About Sello 2-in-1 Wall Primer
Sello 2-in-1 is MRF Paints’ budget-range, single-pack water-based acrylic primer for interior and exterior cement-plastered walls. It is designed as the primer for MRF Campus, Campus Shine, Visa and Visa Shine emulsions, gives good coverage and reduces paint absorption for an even topcoat. It is GreenPro certified.

Can Sello be used on both interior and exterior walls?
Yes. It is a 2-in-1 primer for interior and exterior cement-plastered walls.
How many coats of Sello do I need?
1-2 coats, 3-4 hours apart. Scuff the second coat with emery paper No. 320 before the topcoat.
Which MRF paints go on top of Sello?

How much area does one litre cover?
About 80-100 sq ft per coat on interior walls and 50-60 sq ft per coat on exterior walls, depending on the surface.
When can I prime a newly plastered wall?
Only after the plaster has cured completely, at least 30 days. Apply between 20 and 40 degrees C with humidity below 75%.
