- Ensure the surface is clean and free from dampness, dirt, and other contamination.
- For areas severely affected by algae and fungi, ensure the surface is completely cleaned with bio-wash before initiating the painting process.
- Sand the surface using sandpaper #180 and clean thoroughly. Ensure that no loose particles are sticking to the wall.
- Freshly plastered surfaces must be allowed to cure completely. The coating process can be started after a minimum period of 30 days.
- Apply 2 coats of Aquafresh Exterior Wall Finish, leaving 4-5 hours between each coat.
- Before applying the second topcoat, sand the second coat of primer with sandpaper #320.
- Sand the topcoat with sandpaper #600.
- The number of topcoat coats depends on the colour chosen. Darker shades may need additional coats.
Roller or Brush or Conventional Spray, Nozzle Orifice: 0.059 inches, Pressure: 35 – 45 psi.
