Application procedure for new surfaces

• Clean thoroughly using a wire brush and then scuff the surface using Sand Paper No. 80. Ensure that no loose particles are sticking to the surface to be coated.
• Apply one coat of Penetration Primer at a DFT of 5 to 10
  microns. After 6 hours and within 72 hours, apply the first coat
  of Zameen 2K PU Floor Paint shade. Sanding the coat of
  Penetration Primer should be avoided.
• After 10 – 12 hours, subject the first coat of Zameen 2K PU

  Floor Paint shade to mild sanding with Sand paper No. 600

  and apply the second coat of Zameen 2K PU Floor Paint shade.
• After completion, allow curing for a minimum period of 72

  hours @ 30°C before usage.

Application procedure for previously

• • Clean thoroughly using a wire brush and then scuff the surface
    using Sand Paper No. 80 followed by Sand paper No 220.
    Ensure that no loose partides are sticking to the surface to be
    coated.

After 14 – 16 hours of drying sand using Sand.

• Paper No. 400. Apply 2 coats of the required Zameen 2K PU
  Floor Paint shade with an interval of 10 – 12 hours between each
  coat. Sand the first coat with Sand Paper No.600.
• After completion, allow curing for a minimum period of 72 hours
  @ 30°C before usage.
