• The tile to be coated should be clean, dry, free from moisture, dampness and other contamination.Sand the surface using emery paper No. 80 and clean thoroughly so that no loose particles are held to the surface.

• Mix the base thoroughly prior to application. Apply two coats of the desired TileGarde shade/ TileGarde Clear with an interval of 8 hrs between the subsequent coats. Mild sanding of the first coat with Emery paper No. 400 is required before the application of the second coat. Do not apply when the humidity is very high.
